Submission of information in Form Stock-1 shall come into force w.e.f. 16-11-2012.
Commissioner, Value Added Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Sub-section (1) read with Sub-section (3) of Section 70 of Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 extended the last date for submission of rate wise details of stock as on 31-03-2012 16th November, 2012.
Hereafter the last date for filing of the rate wise details of closing stock as on the 31st day of March every year online, in form Stock-I, shall be the 30th day of June of the same year
